What is this bullshyt? Had this been Jeezy, 50, Ross, or TI, Yall would have threw the Snitch Jacket on them without hesitation or any form of factual evidence. But since its Gucci, Its "We don't understand the system" :mjlol:

Certain rules apply for certain people. If you are super ignorant and a "real nikka" you can do anything, even child molestation and murder of elderly people.

Young Buck caught that same charge, and he was looking at 10, I think he did 18 months, with no cooperation. A lot has to do with lawyers and having that money to fight the case, more motions, more negotiations, drag it out, play the politics. I've read books with really good breakdowns about how the federal system works, and money will get you a decent deal like 75% of the time…money and connections. As far as the T.I, i used to think he caught a break, now I think 80% chance he did cooperate in some way.
The federal system goes by points. The worse your record is and the crimes you committed = the more points you add up. Point totals have sentencing guidelines, if the judge goes way below your guidelines then it's time to look at you like :patrice:

It's not whether they care about his health or not.. it's whether or not they're willing to open that clam in trial. As I said though, and many others have pointed out, regarding the case at hand there really isn't much Gucci could provide to them as far as evidence against someone else in this crime: it's all him.

This isn't TV... this is a US Attorney's office coming to terms with the fact that this case probably wasn't so much of a slam dunk as they thought it was when he was arrested. Why else do you think they're even willing to entertain a plea deal? Their case isn't as strong as everyone may have thought, NOT because Gucci is telling on others.

he's already on papers, he was caught with 2 guns, he bashed a marine over the head....
when you on papers you cant even come in contact with the law, let alone be caught totting pistols

Cmon son this aint Matlock or Murder she wrote....it's a slam dunk case all around

shyt they need to free my nikka B.G. tho.

The state of Louisiana is the last place you want to be caught doing dirt. They make you do hard labor in them states, which is (literally) slavery. The state of Georgia is easy on people with $$$ who have great legal representation.

That's where I'm from :sadcam:

There are literally farms right by the prisons, my hometown economy is basically prisons and corrections centers.
