Games like GTA and Fallout I can see being a solid $100. Those games are huge and folks will play them for decades. I'm playing Fallout 4 right now actually


Games like COD, 2K, FIFA and whatever game is just 6 hours with no return play, can get the fukk up out of here, it should be $20 stream

those games have a lot of replay due to online.

Majority of games I won’t even drop $70 for. I still ain’t cop Spider-Man 2, waiting till I can get it for $40 or less

He's right. If a game is good, you enjoy it, and play it for even 12-15 hrs, that's a great value compared to entertainment prices out there. Individual games have stayed about the same price while live entertainment, movies at the theater, etc have gone up a lot.

True....plus when you raise prices, expectations go up.

For $100, I want Red Dead 2 + Witcher 3 type story with Horizon FW graphics and few if any glitches.

GTA6 might deliver but most games will get judged harshly. Raising the price means raising the stakes. Publishers haven't thought about that.

For 100 dollars I am expecting a video game that's not gonna ask me to pay more money to unlock game features. They are still gonna add premium content.

I imagine expectations right now are next level engine. Remember when GTA 3 came out in 2001, they used the engine for Vice City, San Andreas and couple more games, till about 2006. It got outdated and they came out with next level engine, which they used for Midnight Club LA, GTA IV and V, etc.

Expectations right now are new GTA engine. If they are planning to just make a few changes on the same engine they've been using since 2008, it's gonna make a lot of consumers mad.

Rockstar Games are notorious for a very stressful work environment. They don't pay enough and they don't hire enough people.

They ditched several of their games, meaning lots of people who worked for Rockstar Games have lost their jobs and had to go elsewhere. And their CEO wants to talk like they are Ferrari of video game industry, where their video games are some exclusive shyt not for everyone.

Like I always said I bet GTA 6 will be trash cause of GTA 5 online, especially they made so much money from microtransactions GTA 5, I think they made so much money over 7.0 billion dollars.
