For all my brehs who lives in an apartment and can’t grill, get the Philips smokeless odorless grill.
this shyt was a lifesaver and quick tip to get that charcoal taste. I’ll give a lil secret lol after grilling, put the meat or whatever you grilled in a container, lit one charcoal on the stove, get it real hot. Then put it in the same container of the meat, in the middle but make sure you put it on top on something that’s not going to melt ( I use a metal shot glass with aluminum foil covering the top ) and then pour a little bit of Oliver oil on top of the coal. Cover the container with it’s lid and let it smoke for about 30-45 seconds and then take out the coal. The meat will have that charcoal taste and texture, or atleast the closet thing to it.
Yessir… it never fails, every Sunday and Wednesday for my meal prep I would use that technique when I lived in an apartment. Is this for real?
Pork bellyon the 2nd pic, what kind of meat is that? and how you season it?
Anyone grilled Salmon and Jerk Steak over the grill?
Make your own. Can get some quality recipes. Can do the same for bbq sauce you can control the sugar rather than these sugared up bbq type sauces they sell on my the shelves that are incredibly unhealthywhats the best buffalo sauce out there
