I know it's probably out of the question in our current climate but check online marketplaces like letgo, craigslist, Facebook marketplace to get used (or sometimes new) grills etc. Last year I got a 16" Weber Smokey Mountain for $65. All it needed was new grates which I just ordered from Webers site and Amazon.

Is it a 14 or 18?

They don't make 16. Either way. A Weber will literally last forever. Barring weather. But you can either get a cover or put it away.

My pops was a Weber Smokey mountain from like 1990. Had a few dents from a bad hail storm.

The thermometer on my Weber cracked from hail, but I can get a replacement. Other than that it's good.

$65 for a wsm is good anyway you slice it.

My bad it's 18. It was one of the older models that didn't have a thermometer but it didn't matter to me. There's a ton of mods for it, I've just been scared to drill into it. I've just been covering it with a big contractor trash bag lol

I checked a store yesterday for a brisket like :manny: they didn't have any. Maybe because of st Patty's day, which they should be eating corned beef anyway. But maybe cause people are buying meat.

That brisket looked fire.

Yeah most places don’t stock them. I would ask the butcher directly.

I usually go where the briskets are at. It's just now people are stockpiling and freezing meats. Hell one grocery store had charcoal set up right next to the meat section and they were pretty low.

It just is what it is right now. I am about to hit up a store see what they got. Maybe do a Lil urban hunt.
