There's a difference between beating someone (I know he's undefeated) and beating someone who matters (something he hasn't done yet, and may not ever do).
Of course, unlike Punk, Frank's been training in martial arts all of his life, so I'm not putting any weight behind Punk hypothetically winning this match.
