I've stated many times
Vixen and Mister terrific are right there. both excellent characters
but they turned mister terrific into a shadow of what he really is in Arrow
and vixen they tried but not hard enough

Berlanti should be banned from tv producing for what he did to Mister Terrific

And for how Vixen was deliberately made to be mediocre as well


And also for how Martian Manhunter was reduced to being a sidekick to the cac supergirl

Meanwhile they made some random cac with a laptop a citywide menace
