It's one of a few things:
1) Mother Nature, God's Plan, along with decades/years/months/weeks of constant mismanagement of resources from various places.
2) If they wanted to save L.A., they could quietly.
3) If they wanted to save L.A., they could openly but then they would have to admit they have WEATHER MANIPULATION TECHNOLOGY, and apparently not ready for that
4) Just get H1-B visas for UAE scientists to come over and "show us how it is done

I'm near Studio City. I already evacuated from Wednesday afternoon when that Sunset fire began. I crashed at my homegirl's place in DTLA. But came back this morning.

I'm looking at Amtrak and Greyhound schedule just in case I gotta DIP dip.
