I was in LA a few months back and went up to Runyon, drove along the PCH to Malibu. Think I drove past palisades. The fact some of those houses are now gone is just crazy. Those parts of LA have such a calming vibe

Never said it was good faith. Doing what their risk assessment folks said is best. If you can’t get insurance because something is too risky, then the writing is on the wall simply is what it is but I live in reality not candy land. I work in risk assessment. Just thru sports. But same principle. Ravens are 9.5 point favorites. If we feel the risk get too much on either side, we can adjust as we see fit. Let’s say Colorado, Arizona, or some state says no, make the game a pick em and you can’t adjust the lines you just have to eat the outlying risk. What sportsbook would operate in that state?
