It's not the aughts anymore. They can't just churn games out like that anymore. It's waaaayy too much detail now. Plus Vice City was easy to make. All they had to do was reskin, repolish and add the features that were still rough when 3 dropped. If you get a game nowadays on a year turnaround you better be skeptical.
