Gran Turismo Sport [PS4] Announced

It's been the best racing franchise the past 10 years easy. Put the pom poms down, stop counting sales that you don't profit from and just accept this fact already.

There hasn't been much of anything racing game wise released. Driveclub, Project Cars and even the new inferior GTs are every bit as good as Forza.

We used to be spoiled for racing games back in the day but the genre went into decline 5-10 years ago. Anyway else remember Colin McCrae Rally? Now that was a racing game, that handling...

I think racing games are the perfect genre for VR
I can't imagine how incredible the experience would be playing with a steering wheel, pedals, and a VR headset.
I don't remember them mentioning it for this game specifically but I think it would fit perfectly.

Apparently the game at E3 showed major visual upgrades:
A new look at Gran Turismo Sport shows a much-improved game, though, with direct capture recently offered by Polyphony displaying what now looks like a marked improvement not only over Gran Turismo 6 but also over what was shown mere weeks ago.
