Does that include just Motorsport or both Horizon and Motorsport? I would've thought Forza series sold much more. I am shocked how much Need for speed sold, but remember it was a strong series in PS2 days

XBox numbers are hard to know because they've gone radio silent on all sales metrics. I think if its including horizon it def sold more since they seemed to chart well on steam. However, I could see low numbers since many weren't checking the series until FM4 which I think sold like 5million copies on xb360

I feel like people are confused on the timeline of the Forza series

Forza didn’t start becoming a priority until after FM3 became a sleeper hit, which was around 2009–2010. MS had PGR competing on the same platform, but lost the devs when they got bought out by activision

It wasn’t until after the GT5 disappointment (still sold well) that Forza really started catching on with FM4.

The only true smash hits are the first 3 Horizon games. Kinda hard to gauge sales of the later ones because gamepass tho
