Im a fan of lyricism and rhyme schemes. Thats what impresses me the most. There is no "best rapper" because thats all subjective, but as i get older Pac fits most of the criteria for the most complete rapper ever. Lyrics, passion, flow, etc..

As far as "new" cats, Wale is that dude. Wale can do what YT does, YT couldnt do what Wale does in a million years.
