Second of all those illegal immigrant parents had no reasonable expectation that their children would not be detained and incarcerated for trying to enter the USA illegally. So their kids were not kidnapped. They were detained. If they did not want their kids detained then they should have entered the country legally or stay home in their own country.

Let's go over how stupid your position is. You are advocating compensating people that broke American law by entering the country illegally to begin with. Those people had no reasonable expectation that they would not be captured and locked up separately from their children. Many of them even advised their children to enter the Country separately from their parents, because they believed that the USA would reunite them once they were presented to detention centers.

That is an ignorant point of view and you should not be equating those people to Black men that are American citizens that have had draconian legal policies created specifically against them to create an industrial prison complex.
