Then they need to get big and do it like them. Instead of passing some piecemeal shyt bill like this. Because there are plenty of so-called liquor stores in the hood that sells groceries too. (shyt...time out.....I just thought about something......there is a big grocery store chain that is coming to Detroit)......they are setting up a monopoly....oh God.

....and you notice they didn't stop them from using the atms at the Casinos
...lol

But see that's the thing....They don't even know if people are going in there and pay for any service at all. There are plenty liquor stores in poor neighborhoods and some people may use their ATMs and nothing else. They passed this bullshyt, just in case. And in Michigan, who cares what poor people spend their money on because of the employment problems in the state. There are other laws he could have passed but fukking with poor people with NO evidence of misuse is on his priority list. Michigan is starting to turn into Mississippi of the North.

edit...I see they posted some bullshyt about people using the money in the casinos...but who the fukk cares. I don't like laws that inconvience the lives of poor people. It's these moral laws that have no business in government.
Took the words out my mouth.

There are ways to promote proper spending of money, placing an inconvenience hurdle in the way like this atm crap is a giant waste of time. I wanted to come in and say this is pragmatic but it really amounts to legislators spending VALUABLE TIME on shyt that will have no difference.

I mean think about, someone on welfare wants to get drunk, they get to the liquor store they can't use the atm...night over? Hell no, they walk up the street, use another atm and voila, still getting drunk.

Where should they be allowed to pull money out? At their landlord's house? The grocery store...where they also sell liquor? Makes no damn sense.

Lets say for instance, they are going to strip clubs and liquor stores to spend their money...lol Now, that this law has passed, these businesses will lose out on the revenue. A strip club goes out of business..then the local liquor store goes out of business. These are American businesses that affected by the laws of the moral right. This law is anti-business and anti-American! But you see they aren't messing with military spending..but would rather fukk with the poor.

:laff: You are a fukking parasite.

Hell, I'd go so far to cut off times in which those cards could withdraw money. Like the Chris Rock skit when he said that the ATM should talk to you if you are trying to withdraw money at 2-3 in the morning. You know that money ain't for nothing good.

LOL you would be surprised to see how much revenue those liquor stores make off the welfare dollars. I'm not saying they would go out of business, but they will lose out on some revenue. And in the hood some liquor stores aren't just selling liquor, so I don't know which stores they are going to classify as Non ATM use stores.
naw, we spend a lot of strip clubs...

welfare money mostly goes towards food.. it hard for hoes to even get cash, and when they do it's not really that much - and also they are required to attent job training and apply for jobs.

This really is an attack on the poor - but some of the poor brought it one themselves because they've abused the money (even tho less than 5% abuse the shyt)

Most of the money on the bridge cards you can't even take off at atms... you can only spend on food. I buy rat hoes b c all the time so that I can get great deals on all the health food i get.

As far as the strip clubs.... That does provide tax revenue and it is a great American business. NTM there are so many young ladies that make their living this way... when they could be doing worst things...
