Is it possible to get a CDL without having a car?

I was looking at one company that would pay to train you but they asked if I have a vehicle that I have driven over 10k miles and I don't and they said I'm not eligible.

That's interesting. I heard that too. Alot of CDL jobs want someone with a driver's license for at least a year or 2. Just imagine if you barely driven a car before, and now you wanna learn how to drive an 80,000 pound vehicle that takes longer than a football field to stop

I drive all the time my mom car..I just don't own my own vehicle.
