I don't like that underhand shyt he does at times but other than that nothing awkward about him IMO. In a way he's like Spoelstra at times; Tries to outsmart his defender rather than just overpower him when he can do just that and make the play.
Last two seasons he played 73 and 77 games for us, this has been the 1st year for us when he's missed a significant amount of games
In the summer Whiteside was making fun of Embiid for missing a lot of games and being injury prone. Whiteside ain't the healthiest either. This is his first full season going through injuries. His 1st year he started late and got injured and never fully healed. Your holding 3 seasons ago against him. He's been healthy for the last 2 years. Embiid missed TWO full seasons and then only played 31 games. This is his first season playing 60+ games. Compared to that, Whiteside has not earned the name Hurtside. You're just hating on him for no real reason.
