We can package a larger contract with Whiteside and clear plenty of space. We got too many goddamn players in the rotation. Great for the optics of being a good team, bad for player development, and bad for the viewing experience. Whiteside sitting on the bench damn near the whole second half, Bam nowhere to be found, this team boring as fukk. I'd trade atleast 4 of these guys for Weed Plate Wiggins

Why would Thibs want Whiteside and a "larger contract" for Wiggins?? They traded Lavine because they believe in Wiggins and brought Butler into mold him.

What we gonna do with cap space? What are the free agents you trying to lure in 2018? Demarcus Cousins? Stars and talent attract stars and talent.

We don't have any players that Minnesota would want for Wiggins Who is younger than everyone not named Winslow or Bam. You think Minnesota wants to pay TJ almost the same amount of money as Wiggins despite being older, having far less upside, and them already betting on Wiggins over Lavine? You think they believe they gonna beat GSW with the addition of Whiteside or TJ?

Whiteside is 28 and has already missed almost half the games this year.

dawg :wtf: are you even talking about? I'm not chasing any FAs, I was just responding to the "we'll still be capped out". Do with the vacant cap space what you wish.

Did I say I wanted to trade for lottery picks? I'm not even talking about last year because I have no problem at all with our draft selection. Hell most of ya'll were clamoring for some damn Justin Jackson and he in the g league, we clearly came out alright even though Mitchell would've been better. We have too much in the rotation and there is a such thing as having too much of something.

We have too much because we overpaid on players that no one else was fiending for.

J-Rich was extended, he's not going anywhere. Dion is shooting less than 40% and is dealing with serious ankle issues...not going anywhere. TJ is about to get paid 20 million for two year and he's shooting 41% and making 12 PPG...what you think his value is? No one is gonna trade for Ellington when they can just offer him money in the off-season without giving up assets. McGruder is injured. Dragic's premium isn't high because he's on the other side of 30, most teams have decent or playoff PGs, etc.

So what deal are you looking at? Why would the Wolves give up young, developing elite talent for a bunch of ok, older talent that costs almost as much money and has a far lower ceiling?

What team or player are you targeting and what you gonna offer them that you think has value?

You talking about packaging Whiteside and a big contract so who exactly you gonna package and what do you think you getting back for a 28 year old center who has had knee issues this entire season and GMs have never really been enamored by?

You gonna take on a trash contract from the Lakers like Mozgov or Deng?

@Primetime21 I guess we crossing wires so let's just start this over.

What assets do you think we have that our highly valued and what kinda return are you wanting? Gimme some reasonable trade ideas that you think our assets can fetch back to make us into an "appealing team".

You're off in your assessment that teams are going to wait out Ellington. He's a 30 year old shooter that can come in and help your team right away, he's not some neophyte perimeter player that teams are not going to give up assets for if a deal can be done. Not even mentioning we can no longer afford him. He's a throw in, attach to Whiteside and push for Jabari Parker. The risk of injury is there for both teams.

Forget it, we stuck with this team until the summer. They going to change this ensemble approach real quick after the playoffs.

In all seriousness, I'm all for moving these dudes in the offseason. I wouldn't mind doing WS/J Rich for Deng; Clarkson, and two future lotto protected firsts if the Lakers strike out on Boogie.

:francis:at Beasley posting up Heat players 4-5 times in one game.

When this f@ggot was with the Heat coaches had to yell and scream at his ass for him to play in the post. Instead he wanted to just stand outside and launch 3s or fake 3s to take a pull-up J just inside the 3pt line. Wannabe pretty-ass playing SF when you could have been a tweener PF with sick skills ass mother fukker!

Damn I hate this f@ggot :pacspit:.
Every time I think we wasted out highest pick ever on this bum... :snoop:

All I want is a trade and we aren't going to get it as long as they keep stacking up wins. Such a swagless lineup we were running pretty much the whole 4th: Dragic/Ellington/Rich/JJ/Olynyk and those goofy ass Knicks just gifted them the game :martin:
rich got that juice:ufdup:
he was bill gates money from the line tonight, pressure or not he iced that shyt:ufdup:
the rest of that lineup, no comment :hubie:

It’s not a championship core that we have so the wins don’t really mean much :manny: :francis:
If you're able to maintain as a strong team without a star, perhaps a disgruntled star will have you as their preferred destination.

That way you'll have enough good players that the other team wants while not gutting all your talent to acquire said star.

I told you all my current mancrush is Anthony Davis (no homo) and word is he's unhappy in New Orleans. I hope the Cuban mamis are showing him a good time whenever he visits South Florida. We need to use all our(city's) resources to acquire a star. Everyone play their part especially the ladies
