Rich playing literally double the minutes as Winslow is treacherous. Olynyk only 12 minutes, Bam 4 minutes. It's going to take a string of losses for this knuckehead Spo to wake up

Spo isn’t doing Winslow or Richardson any favors playing them out of position and putting there game into a box. Are we really surprise remember he had Winslow at times sitting in the corner like he was a 3point shooter during his first few seasons.

No doubt in my mind he telling Richardson just take 3s and don’t do anything else.
He basically turning him into a younger Ellington that does nothing but shoot 3s

Spo ass is stubborn to a capital T
Now imagine if we had McGruder Richardson & Winslow minutes would be cut
His ego is on high after he was able to play James Johnson who played SF his whole career into a point PF and then he had McGruder at 6’4 play SF last year and was one of the top defensive rookies

So dude think he can just put anyone into a position and there going to produce.

Last season was a gift and a curse

Richardson second in minutes to Dragic makes no sense to me at all he is averaging more minutes then Whiteside which is

I don’t understand why we won’t play big with Olynyk & Whiteside and forced team to adjust to us it seem Spo is always adjusting his lineup for other coaches.

We paid Olynyk 4/50 and he can’t even play a constant 20 plus minutes a night

Spot has been bad this year. Beal was going off and almost singlehandedly won the game for them, while our best defender and 1 of the best in the league was just on the bench watching for the last quarter and a half

It's weird how little Spo seems to trust Justise after what Justise showed in the playoffs during his rookie year.

Spo has taken this positionless basketball shtick a little too liberally, we need to simplify the game and get back to putting guys in their natural spots. Start by committing to Winslow as the starting SF, the Rich experiment has run its course.

We have 5 players whose ideal position at this level is off guard (Dion, TJ, Rich, Ellington, McGruder). No matter how much Spo tries to make it work J-Rich and McGruder are not SFs. Rich can't be dealt until off-season so as of now 1 of each pair (Dion/TJ) (Ellington/McGruder) has to go..these are two deals I would try to swing.

• Dump TJ by any means necessary. Indy, Sac, Dallas have dough..Ideally I'd see if TJ + filler player could net Cory Joseph or Frank Mason, but we just have to get out of his contract.
• Ellington to Orlando for Hezonja. He's rotting on the Magic bench and doesn't appear to be in their long term plans, seems to work for both sides unless they're holding out for a pick. We get a guy who can shoot and play the 3, they get a shooter on an expiring deal.

That clears up the 2 guard mess..now if we could get a more traditional starting lineup with KO or Bam I think we could give a more honest evaluation of this team's potential. Not touching pie in the sky trades right now.
