Enough of this "that's him not me,so I'm gonna ignore what this guy does."

Unfortunately in this racist society the negative actions of 1 black man reflects on us all even though we should be individuals.

That means whenever you have the opportunity to correct reckless and irresponsible behavior you should do so with the intention of helping the next black man out with solid advice.

The OP made this thread to receive feedback from other individuals about his choice of not following the company's policy. To excuse or brush off a teenager who disregards their responsibility when you have the opportunity to pass on valuable advice to an 18 year old is pathetic and illustrates why a good portion of black ppl will remain an underclass.

you wasting your time breh

Be careful with that in the future. They consider that job abandonment and it's grounds for denying unemployment (full or part).

An honest day's work is worthy of an honest day's pay, make sure you get every dime you earned.

Seriously, when are we going to stop thinkin shyts a game?

this hip-hop mentality of not giving a fukk(isent cool after a certain age) will only guarantee black people a permanent underclass status in this country.Up until age 21(27 now) I was the same way, then i begun to realize that organizing long term goals (monthly)is very important.

Society is moving towards science, math, digital communication and technology based work environments; therefore, employers are only hiring qualified individuals that will benefit their company, meanwhile here we have posters giving poor advice to an 18 year old young black man rather then telling him to line up a second job before he quits his first one or some other helpful advice on maintaining employment.

Catch up or get left behind.

Damn.

Is this how mentally fukked up this new generation of black men are today?

I can also understand why white America makes the argument for reasons not to hire black people.

Now I can see why non-black say we're lazy because we have bums like you.

The OP is an 18 year old kid on his way into adulthood not understanding what it means to maintain long term employment for his survival or any dependents he creates.

What kind of advice would you give him?He failed to follow the company's policy by not calling in to excuse his absence.

Do you have any standards or any sense of accountability?

The OP is an 18 year old on his way into full adulthood not understanding what it means to maintain long term employment for his survival or any dependents he creates.

What kind of advice would you give him?He failed to follow the company's policy by not calling in to excuse his absence.

Do you have any standards or any sense of accountability?

Your conditioning is conditioned bruh; That's why I quoted you in reply 1. Idk if the OP is serious or trolling, I want to neg him again but the system will not allow it. I've seen his topics in the past and they are usually "trollish".

If he is serious, he will learn one day. People learn at different stages of life, if he is serious than the good thing is that he is only 18 and he has plenty of time to adjust and create routes/paths in his life for success. He will learn from this move in due time and rebound. That's life.

But in no way should you pin this on every Black American male, you would have got more respect pinning this on the generation

Your conditioning is conditioned.

Indeed, people learn at different stages in life; I'm suprised to hear you say that. But if you know something that someone else isent hip to,you should inform them and maybe that will wake them up a little earlier, does that make sense?

The informed should inform the uninformed especially if its beneficial.

To conclude,I was wrong for pinning this on every black male. I could have worded that paragraph differently because in reality the actions of one black person doesn't really reflect on us all.

My bad.

Edit:Thanks for challenging my logic.
