Providing for a family is one of the most important things an adult male will face in his lifetime.

Any responsible adult reading what the op wrote would tell this young man how important it is to maintain stable long term employment for himself and also any other responsibilities he may produce along the way like children.

After reading the responses on this thread I can understand somewhat why the black male unemployment rate is so high nationwide and I can also understand why white America makes the argument for reasons not to hire black people.
