It's called being a commuter... not everyone wants to put the wear and tear on their cars or have other options- there's commuter buses/trains..subways. And the government provides for a Transit Benefit, in addition to your regular pay.

It sounds good in theory but we got a house to support here and If I'm downgrading my pay I gotta figure out how to support us here without additional strain... Not many high paying decent jobs out there man... I'm sure I'll find something close to it... but I'm gonna fight this bullshyt in the meantime. I'm just all fukked up emotionally today...

I was DHS as a security... the coma happened when my body began shutting down when my sugar went out of control... I didn't know I was that sick before I was diagnosed with diabetes... One night I came home took my medicine and woke up in the hospital dealing with the stress from everything they thought I was dead...

i thought about going after a government job as an internal auditor. Was told it would be good accounting experience with great benefits.
wound up working for a small start up instead, but now i'm chief financial officer for the entire company.


looks better on the business cards/resume than the wallet though. Company barely worth more 1 million. slightly bigger than a mom and pops.
