Damn im all fukked up just got home, I don't know whether to cry, be sad, be angry, punch a hole in the wall. or what. these cacs call me into the office with the manager talking about the head guy reviewed the case they talking about we reviewed shyt from 2017 and it all added up... Even with the medical documentation clearing me from january of THIS YEAR!!! I was late too many times and called out sick but had no docs. even though I was going through blistering headaches and adrenal fatigue in the beginning of this year. Took off all my badges and shyt and threw it on the table then I left to go home... WTF am I supposed to do. I just came outta a damned coma you let me go to work for 4 weeks from me still dealing with this numb foot bullshyt now your kicking me out because of past incidents because I was late by like 10 minutes too many times, I got LORs and in lieu of suspension but never suspended and the cac said it still carries the same weight...

I'm like... And the ride on the bus home I'm just like... WTF do I do now? my family depending on me and shyt, what about all my medical bills and this other shyt I'm dealing with??? What the fukk!!! 10 years getting up graveyard shift to work for these muthafukkas and they can't even reconsider keeping me after I damned near died... MY cousin who works for the same company was like you gotta fight it, and you can get your job back and if you prevail they HAVE to pay you back in full no bullshyt so I guess that's what I'm gonna do...

Time to sue for unlawful termination. Did they even try to offer you FMLA? Employers are so afraid of lawsuits tbey offering that shyt up.

Funny story about the FMLA is I applied for it the first time and THEY lost the paperwork when they tried to suspend me for not having it, Had receipts I sent that shyt in full with the fax notes FROM THE DOCTORS OFFICE... Cac talking like well it looks like we're gonna have to do a full investigation...

if it was medically related, talk to the EEOC and start a case - have all your documentation in order tho, you need every last receipt out this bytch. sorry you lost your job, but fed/govt jobs are notoriously hard to lose, you sure there weren't policies/processes you didn't follow which would have allowed them to build such a case?

Nah, that don’t sound right. Cuz they have to scan it and put it in (EOPF) and even if they did lose it, why didn’t you make a copy of it or ask you to do it over?

I just got back to work I was feeling great the medicine I was taking insulin had me feeling good because it was my sugar skyrocketing that was fukking with my body all the time and ever since I got it under control no symptoms of the headaches, adrenal fatigue or body aches....

I fukked up for being tardy by like 5 minutes but I get up to take a bus/train and bus to get to my site... it wasn't like I was doing it on purpose I was being 5-10 minutes late at random. there's some days when the trains running smoothly then there some days when we' stuck in the tunnel for an half and hour due to construction and other bullshyt.

I did everything I could to keep my attendance up even getting up an hour early just to make it. other than my lateness's and sick days which was fukked up because I did not have $50 to copay every time I needed a sick note, they was punishing me for NOT having ENOUGH sick time anyways... I was damned if I do damned if I didn't...
