I had to change the channel because of second hand embarrassment:lolbron:

ECW already showed the blueprint on how to get a reaction at a concert. Heel cuts promo on crowd and featured artist and then the faces come through at the end. Can’t just have Wale come out and introduce people no one knows. Shoulda had Otis saying everyone should be listening to country music and Gable cutting a promo on Lil Baby (or whoever) to his face before the Profits came through :pachaha:

Yeah its simple and cheap but you're playing to a bunch of 22 yr olds drunk and on drugs, it's still gonna get over.

This was the one thing where putting out nostalgia acts probably would've been the best.

Cena/The Mysterios/Jeff Hardy/Edge all would've probably gotten better reactions because while wrestling is niche, those are names EVERYBODY is familiar with. shyt, having Cena perform Bad Man probably would've played.

Yea they should have definitely had Cena out there, WWE is so stuck in their own bubble they thought they could throw anybody out there and get a reaction. When the truth is like we been trying to tell them. They have done a horrible job at making cool baby faces. The only cool characters are heels and that’s because heels are allowed to talk and act like real people while faces are robot company shills with no relatability.

Vince needs to understand you have to put your top stars infront of non wrestling fans. The fans reaction was correct

The idea was good; execution sucked

ppl like Rey Mysterio, Jeff Hardy and Randy Orton should’ve been out there… hell, the Cena promo should’ve been out there but I get why it was actually where SD was

The audience of that festival doesn’t have a clue who the current roster is…. That would’ve been the perfect time for the ones ppl criticize coming back like Goldberg, Cena, etc

I know Randy is Raw but him RKO’ing somebody would’ve gotten a better reaction than those matches

I mean when WWE announced they were going to be at Rolling Loud all the comments were talking about seeing Randy Orton and Jeff Hardy..

Ya they are on Raw but they could of had Randy just randomly RKO someone.. especially with the whole Soulja Boy feud.

The only active wrestlers on the WWE roster that would’ve worked at Rolling Loud are mostly on Raw.. but the list would be: Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy, Rey Mysterio, John Cena and probably Goldberg if we’re counting him. Shyt, Goldberg pop at Rolling Loud would probably be bigger than his Raw pops lol

edge is suppose to be on that list because he’s a nostalgic character but I don’t think he’s as a household name like the names above

Eh if Bianca couldn't get a reaction then I doubt anybody in AEW that would solicit a reaction from that crowd outside of maybe Jericho and Matt Hardy, I don't think the quality of the action really matters as much as familiarity does, I feel like the "this shyt fake" crowd would prolly clown the Bucks style

i don’t think that crowd would be singing Judas lol. Traditional matches won’t work in that environment when the majority of people are drunk and high. A Canadian destroyer through a table would hype up the crowd than most names. A flippy dippy match is the type of match that would work. Other than that, they should have gone with ole faithful and have someone cut a heel promo and have someone hit them with a chair or an RKO out of nowhere to get a quick pop

I liked the idea of them trying to branch to a different audience than that heavy metal shyt HHH like or old ass AC/DC. This shouldn't be one time thing imo. This definitely needs tweaking, but It was nice break from the usual visuals.

I'd rather see Bianca more than anyone else, and push more black talent to the forefront of this :yeshrug:. I guess Montez wasn't cleared cause I don't know who thought having Dawkins wrestling a singles match instead of him was a good idea.
