I can't lie I didn't want him to have a good season and I've been griping about the bad karma Boston created with how they treated their main guys.. But I wouldn't wish a broken ankle on anyone.

I can't lie I was going through matchups and how we can beat them in my head when I first heard but when I saw the video I was like :damn:


At the end of the day this does change the landscape for them. Kyrie Now has to be the leader and the Two young wings also have their chance Now. All three can make or break their season and they are getting chances they never had before.

Wall vs Kyrie debate will escalate this season as well.

Another thing is I'm skeptical about Boston's depth.
Horford / baynes/ cus Morris the only exceptional bigs

Jaylen and tatum as wings

Kyrie, rozier and smart as the other perimeter players...

Am I missing anyone else? Boston gave away their depth and it may bite them really soon

yea it was sad to see him go down like that.

but I cant lie. I'm even more upset over the fact that hes not gonna stay and fail with the rest of the Celtics. now he has an excuse for not living up to his free agency hype, and this Celtics squad has an excuse for not meeting their gassed-up expectations.

its like when an artist you don't like, passes away before theyre washed, and now you have to live with them being gassed up into a plateau that they were never gonna reach while living.

yea, accidents happen, but that play was a bad idea, and the Celtics were too amped coming out the gate.

Low-key LeThot is responsible for the injury because he bumped into Hayward in mid-air causing him to lose balance and fall out of control on his ankle:francis:

But the real gruesome part of that video wasn't even the injury, it was LeThot showing his bald spot in HD on national TV:scust::skip:

True indeed. Not saying he wouldn't have been injured with that fall, but with some decent hi tops pit might have been just a serious sprain:francis:
