Nah, I'm aight though. Spent a while in a wheelchair, had a walker at home, then had crutches for two months. At this point I'm back in the gym, and living my life.

Slipped on ice, nothing all that wild. Was walking along minding my own damn business. Heard and felt the snap immediately. Not a sound or feeling you can ever forget.

What type of pain did you feel when it happened and your adrenaline wore off?

Was it a pulsing throbbing pain or a sharp pain like being stabbed with a knife, or a burning sensation?

I’ve had brehs who have broken their leg and they have described different sensations.

Some didn’t even know it was broke until the tried to walk and couldn’t.

The adrenaline carried me for a while. It def hurt, but it wasn't the worst pain I've felt. I was cracking jokes and shyt in the ER. They hit me with an anesthetic and put the ankle back in place. I have no recollection of that whatsoever, but my lady said I screamed during that part. The pain after? That was super funky. Hard to sleep. The pain the first week immediately after surgery was also vicious.

You stay with an injury tho. Didn't you have multiple back surgeries?

Back surgeries were from basketball shyt. This was my first random injury. First bone I ever broke too. The leg break was pretty insignificant, really. The ankle dislocation was the major setback. Knowing what that's like makes me feel that much worse for Hayward.

If true, then this is best case scenario.

The only issue is will he regain full movement in his ankle. Stuff like that changes careers.

Really bad but could've been worse. Hope for a speedy healthy recovery
