The ads are actually not that bad from a marketing standpoint. I even think it's a smart move to target the hipster audience on their part.

It's totally transparent and doesn't address millenials' actual problems with the GOP (POLICIES)
If the GOP would come up off their increasingly irrelevant social conservative policies, stop cosigning/pushing for racism/misogyny, and actually make good on their completely fabricated legacy of fiscal conservatism, they would actually gain traction. Repackaging the same horseshyt won't do anything but insult people's intelligence. GOP is dumber than it thinks, and consequently so is their perception of millenials.
That will never happen. The people pouring money in are the ones who cosign that ideology. Hipsters don't have major money.
