Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas, a Democrat, says he was turned away from the polling station where he had voted for more than a decade because he suddenly did not appear on voter rolls. “If the mayor can get turned away, think about everyone else... We gotta do better," he said.
“Even though I’ve voted there for 11 years including for myself four times!” Lucas wrote.

dems get absolutely fukked in the ass in between presidential elections. i can understand the confederate states getting away with this, but the midwestern and even blue state systemic disenfranchisement of the black vote is pretty amazing. im trying to figure out if this is incompetence or apathy on behalf of the party elite.
It burns me up when people say voting doesn't matter. clearly it does or Republicans wouldn't be trying so damn hard to prevent us from doing it.

BREAKING: The Wisconsin Supreme Court has ruled that Democratic Gov. Tony Evers cannot delay the state’s presidential primary scheduled for Tuesday, despite fears about the coronavirus pandemic.
The 4-2 court ruling overturned Evers’s emergency order issued earlier Monday calling for the primary to be postponed, after Wisconsin Republicans filed a lawsuit challenging it.
