this is not an option for apple users.

I have sponsor block and ublock origin on my chrome browser on all my devices and that works. but still cannot play content with the screen off, and this does not work for apple tv.

Can you use Brave on an iphone? If you can just go to media settings and allow play in background.

To change your YouTube Premium subscription country, you can create a new Google payments profile in the new country:

1. Sign in to Settings
2. Under Payments profile, click Edit next to Country/Region
3. Click Create new profile and then Continue
4. Click Choose a country or region, and then choose the country to associate with your new profile
5. Click Continue
6. Enter your name and address, and then click Submit

I've been paying for YT premium for years. YT premium basically eliminates the need for any music app like Spotify or Apple music. It's like a 2 for 1.

Breh, why on earth are you on Apple devices to begin with? Not even on no Apple vs Android shyt, but it's really mind boggling how situations like this arise but people still keep buying Apple products. I just don't get it. There is ZERO innovation with Apple

I gave up on Revanced (Youtube) last night. It doesn't cooperate with my car. One day all my shyt shows up in Android Auto, next day it be acting funny. I re-patched a newer version of YT/Music and it was still acting up. I'm trying Spotify Revanced as of today and all is well so far...

This is the downside of it, I ended up getting ReVanced Manager as I used to have the self isolated apps only. Got RVX and YT Revanced as backups. Part of the reason I went YT over Spotify ( I get it for free via my Phone plan ) is because YT discovery and randomizer is VASTLY superior.

Oh wow, I was in the market to upgrade my phone and this rules our ios. I tried uBlock but the U.I wasn't neat. Another "cheat" I used prior to Vanced was try claim my uni student login. I'm in NZ and those are valid for 10 years & that allowed me pay $7.99 nzd but once they bumped it to $10 and I bounced.

no, I was referring to apple tv only.

on iphone, u can put ublock origin and sponsor block on chrome. u can put ublock origin on safari. both apps, will block all YT ads if u watch YT with the browsers on ipad/iphone. same thing goes for chrome and safari on mac.

the MAIN reason I have YT premium is so I can watch on apple tv without having to cast it.

Firestick 4k, but you even need Revanced for that. There are apps you can sideload that are for YouTube with no ads (SmartTubeNext)

Youtube Music is excellent, in combination with getting all my "liked" content from YouTube straight on YouTube Music. I hate that it won't work right for me in the car (Revanced)
