So they dont need a high end chromebook for their store opening up?? They cant compete with the other OEM at the low price point :rudy:

I didn't say there's anything wrong with it, and I already said they're obviously going for that crowd. I'm sorry, I thought this was about the chromebook, but apparently I stumbled into a phone-wars thread

:whoa: don't hack my account

I know what you said?? you make it seem like they should build a high end device when they have a store to fill with inventory :russ:

They have lenovo, acer, HP it hink, samsung etc on board to pump out cheap chromebooks why would google compete in that price point. I wonder if amazon will take part in the party. Google is building another open source license free OS :russ: They have a desk top so im sure its there for a reason. Cant wait for the pie and new chrome os at google I/O

They are no real advantage outside the prices. No virus, Weekly or monthly updates from Google. A native messaging system that's linked to your android phone or google apps etc. It also have google now coming to it. We have to wait till google I/O to see whats up. Chrome team said they want to blur the line between chromeOS and android. ChromeOS is new give it time to find its swaguu. The chrome webstore have games on it

I have a 250$ samsung chromebook. This is to show off at their store coming when the Nexus 5 drops :blessed:. At the end of the day we spend 90% of the time inside the browser. Not a bad idea at all for creating chrome OS. I see them doing somethign with the desktop because they have to link android apps with chrome OS. They have a $1300 premium chroembook because google cant compete with the OEM at the low end. People would eat this up if they priced it at $400. same way apple have a $2800 mac book retina :smugfavre: Google make shyt for the ART and dont care about sales....I bought my samsung chroembook 3 weeks ago and havent touch my windows 8 computer since.

Chromebook + Android phone= perfect marriage

Wait for Google I/O I'm not justifying. I'm following the development. I run my chrome book in developers mode and install new tweaks
