either way this team needs to go head and just keep getting younger and get durable guys

and only keep ware and witten as the older guys

romo is EXPENDABLE too me so is AUSTIN (stay getting hurt)

we need to def improve our o-line and our d-line and another rb maybe due to durability issues their

draft a damn QB to groom make garrett give up his oc duties and stay head coach or get a new head coach and give garrett oc duties.

when garrett had one duty at a time he was good at it

More of the same incoming. Romo still here, Garrett still here. But Jerry Jones is going to promise us magic pot of gold and fans will eat it on up. There's actually cowboys fans out there that think keeping them here is heading in the right direction. I mean we made drastic moves to correct the secondary and yet we're STILL: 8 and 8. ANOTHER year where we melted down in a critical, must-win game... but we need to watch more of Garrett learning on the job and more of Rom melting down when we need him.

It all starts in the trenches and we loss on both sides. Address the trenches and thing will happen positively from there.

I don't know about pulling the trigger on Rob Ryan yet. Changing coaches every 2-3 yrs is not good at all. At least give him one more year with a better defense (hopefully). And if we don't get an upgrade with that o-line, don't even bother with another QB. Need to upgrade at safety as well.

Rob Ryan's not the problem. Even with a highly depleted defense, he still gave the offense a chance to win. Can anyone tell me why this team hasn't scored more than 10 points in the first half in a SINGLE game this season, despite having a hall of fame tight end Jason Witten, Dez Bryant, Miles Austin, and Dwayne Harris?

It's more than the trenches. Garrett doesn't know what in the world he was doing. He actively loses us games and that shouldn't happen as coach. We saw ANOTHER example of bad crunch-time management at half-time where he refused to kick the field goal, but opted to punt instead.

Let's not even go into Romo destroying the momentum we had starting the game when the defense got a 3 and out, Harris had a monster return, and we had easy points sitting there, but Romo throws an interception. O line is part of the problem as is D line, but we're ignoring two of the critical problems in Romo and Garrett and shifting all the blame elsewhere. Romo is a meltdown QB and Garrett cannot call a game. We really need to draft a QB because I'm really not comfortable giving a guy that will probably be 34 a 5 year contract.

That's another issue with this team...Not capitalizing when they have momentum. That game was basically a microcosm of the season. Defense played solid in the beginning of the season, while the offense was inconsistent and stagnant. When the offense manages to come around the defense collapses. You mentioned how Romo killed the slight momentum we have. Look at how the defense allow The Skins to march down the field with relative ease after we were up. I can't recall a game where the offense and defense were consistent throughout.

Weird we play KC on the road.. I always thought if you play an out of conference team on the road the next meeting would be at home..

But like kevm said, Garrett doesn't know what he's doing. He falls in love with too much of something especially the passing game. HE CAN'T RUN THE FOOTBALL. He has no idea of how to do it. He runs no sweeps, no counters, nothing. The only run play we have is that stupid ass delay draw, which goes for shyt.

The New Orleans Saints had the WORSE rushing defense in the league. We managed to run the ball 11 times for 40 yards while the Panthers managed to 39 times for 273 yards the very next week. Some of it is oline. But some of it is also because, he doesn't know how to do it.

I've officially gone off the edge

:blessed:

Do it Jerruh. Put in some work on this offensive line and bring in a leader of men, someone with passion. If you can throw a slant to 88 or a cross to 82 you can quarterback this football team.

:leostare:Nah bruh. I'd go pull Quincy Carter out of retirement before thinking about getting this dude.
