i think something is cooking behind the scenes. wouldn't be surprised if jason is gone or jerry hires a OC and new DC. he sounded disgusted today on his radio show.

Yeah, for the first time since I moved here in 06...I think Jerry is really gonna go ham on this team, and I'm talking coordinators and players...He did sound absolutely disgusted...like he walked into a room and sawh his granddaughters getting train ran on them by a bunch of men who looked like Samuel L Jackson in black snake moan, and smelled like Patrick Ewings knee brace in the 4th quarter...

The thing that makes me think he is going to make some major changes is the fact that he brought up all the money he has spent...and from past history...when Jerry starts talking about his money...cat's get cut...

Ideally he would

Keep Ryan

Fire Garrett...or if he keeps Garrett get Norv as an OC

Get rid of...Austin ( to hurt ) Ware ( can't do anything but bullrush the QB ) Felix Jones ( injury prone and overweight ) Free ( :bryan: )

I actually don't think Romo is the problem...dude had no running game ( we were last in the league )...dude was having to throw the ball damn near 50 times a game to keep us in them...and often time he had to throw in situations where the average team didn't...because the running game was so ass...my man Romo was having to go 5 wide on 3rd and 2...:beli:

Also, take the training staff out back and shoot them...it is absurd how many injuries we've had...Miles Austin hamstring has been hurt for 3 fukkING YEARS :beli:... Ware gets some sort of neck or shoulder injury at the end of the season EVERY YEAR...I like Murray, but this nikka couldn't make it through a full season at Oklahoma so...:beli:

Can't wait to see what Jerry does...lol at my man telling me "Jerry has more commericial with him dancing and rapping in them than he does playoffs victories in the last 10 years":laff:

i hope dallas hires gruden

then people will remember why they fired his ass :russ:

its amazing how being on TV makes people forget how awful you really are

Well hello Mr. Closet Cowboy fan. Now you're saying something I can agree with. I NEVER got the Gruden fascination. People wanted him here in 2010 and I was against that. Just say NO to John Gruden.

Is Jon Gruden heading to the Dallas Cowboys?
By Eric Schmidt

Mediocrity is not something that sits well with Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, and in recent years, he’s seen plenty of it from his team on the field. In fact since the Cowboys last Super Bowl win in 1995, Dallas has posted a tepid 141-140 overall record. Dallas finished the 2012 season at 8-8, while a .500 record would have been welcome in say, Jacksonville this season, another average finish is not sitting well with Jones. He took to the airwaves on Wednesday and said that changes are definitely coming for the Cowboys this offseason. After publicly issuing his support of head coach Jason Garrett, you have to wonder if perhaps Jones hasn’t been talking to former head coach Jon Gruden behind the scenes.

Gruden was rumored to be assembling a coaching staff behind the scenes for the last several weeks. On Black Monday, it was reported by CBS Sports that the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach was open to interviewing with NFL teams and had been quietly contacted by clubs in recent weeks. With seven coaching vacancies open and the interviewing process in full swing, Gruden has not been linked to any interviews with any franchises looking for a coach. Why?
