First off just because someone is rich doesn't mean shyt. Look at all those millions of dollars that just get lost by dudes making a bunch playing pro ball. What's the stat? 60 percent of former NFL players are broke after 3 years out of the league? Lotta good that money did.
Education isn't a guarantee. But I ask you to name something that is. It's a numbers game. If you look at average income, duration of period of unemployment, worker satisfaction, all these things are better off with higher and higher levels of education. I haven't even looked at the shyt and I'm willing to bet that life expectancy and health are positively correlated with higher education as well. I know the shyt has positive externalities in the community. Higher level of education = lower teen pregnancy rate.
We have really lost as a fukking people if you dudes are on here trying to defend dropping out of high school. Everyone has their journey and shyt but ain't a dude on here wouldn't be better off with a Ph.D. Money comes and goes, your ability to earn it is another matter.
