y'all trying to tell me i'm the only person on earth with the subtitled version on netflix?

Movie was decent...

I thought the first half was damn near perfect, but then after he gets released and goes on his little quest to get answers.. the movie basically starts falling apart.. it just seems way too rushed in the second half of the flick.

Hopefully we get a directors cut of the movie.

I'm a HUGE fan of the original Asian version

Spike did a decent job all the way until the end, then the ball was dropped

It felt like the emotion wasn't there like the original

i always hate when studios force shyt on us.... the director knows how and why he puts in certain parts and scenes.. and here comes the suits to fukk it up


i say that cause apparently spike has a version that was 40 mins longer... him and the main character (can't remember his name) both agree it was the better version... but the studio said it was too long and made him cut a lot out..

i feel the same about kill bill... was supposed to end in an epic sword fight between bill and trixie.... studio wouldn't give up more bread... QT had to scrap the entire scene and do that exploding heart BS

Dead ass. After I watch a movie, I always look up the trivia on imdb.com

It's amazing what you find out was changed, who they originally offer parts to, and what the director actually wanted or shot
