Not hotter than Jay-Z & DMX still. By that time Jay had his 2nd crossover hit (Big Pimpin) and X had his 1st major crossover hit (Party Up) too. Both had very succesful albums & as you know X toured with Hot Boyz. Hot Boyz were hot but not like that. But yeah, Eminem was definitely the biggest at the time.
