I’m new to gaming and when I saw the DLC announcement (never played a DLC) I assumed it was some combat shyt like Muselpheim or that hard ass area from GOW2018, and figured I would get bored quickly since I’ve already replayed the game 2wice and almost platinumed…

But this Valhalla is fun as fukk. I was wondering - is this normal DLC type content? or did they do a good ass job?? (Seems like the latter from the reviews I’m reading) I’m having hella fun lol

Sadly most DLC, especially for SP games like this is usually cut content they nickle & dime you for or lazy skeleton crew jobs to make a quick buck from ppl desperate to revisit. It's rarely this well thought out and meaty.

I put an hr into it and started gettting back into a rhythm. My problem is I keep dying from certain attacks because I forgot how to defend against them and I forgot how to use runes/relics.

I really slept on New Game+ for this.

Those early fights hit WAY different when you have all your gear and shyt unlocked.

The Attreus bear fight in the very beginning shocked me

That first Thor fight? Holy shyt, that might be the best fight in the whole damn game.

This difficulty is ridiculously brutal though
