No it wasn't. It only got bad reviews because of the agenda against comic movies not in the MCU.

Well it would have been better so
Way better than the first 2, the first 30 minutes were really solid. ..... Then Kate Mara's wig kept switching and you can see the reshoots messing with the flow. End was trash but Fox gets a plus for having thing as a soldier going Hulk the battlefield.
Thor 1 and 2, and Cap 1 and this movie are in the same league.

I thought it was like a 5/10.
The first hour was cool. It wasn't great or anything but it wasn't this train wreck disaster people made you believe....until that the last 30.
I thought the transformation stuff was really well done. I'd never seen it like that before with the body horror angle.
Everything after 1 year WAS a train wreck though. I dunno if that's when the studio took over but it felt like 2 different films.
Doom was awful.
The first hour was like a 7/10. The last 30 minutes was like a 1/10.
