Based on the criteria, I voted frog splash. It's a more believable finisher to me. I like it with elevation (ie RVD and Tez).

Were this maybe 4-5 years ago, I’d have gone with the Frog Splash. It feels overexposed and overdone though, while Kairi and Dream made the Elbow Drop still hold up as legit finishers in the modern day. I’m going with the elbow drop
