I originally voted frog splash... rvd is god tier with Eddie Slightly below followed by d lo brown. montez and lio rush are nice with it... sasha, Kevin owens, and rollins are all mediocre

I changed my vote because kairi sane has the GOAT elbow drop and quite possibly the goat aerial finisher. Macho man's is legendary and why we all know the move. And then Shawn Michaels kept it alive all these years. Test had a fire elbow drop. Bayley is decent and Xavier walking the ropes is a nice touch... purple rainmaker is great... no matter how bad cm punk elbow is there are too many elbow drops that are very good
