considering hill is fast as fukk, hes open by having two steps on the corner, but at the moment throw is made he isnt really wide open. in fact, there are like 3 receivers way more open with no defenders within 5 yards of them. gilmore (and to lesser degree mccourty) blows this play even more by also slowing down for no reason. mccourty is way too preoccupied with kelce.

He's wide the fukk open on that play, what are you talking about? Two steps on the corner with the safety with his back turned. All Smith has to do is throw it up cuz there's no defender that would be able to get to that ball. The accuracy didn't really matter, just get it out there and let Hill run under it. That's the definition of wide open.

If Smith waits until Hill is "wide open" by your definition he wouldn't be able to get the ball that far down the field or Hill would have had to slow up, allowing Gilmore to recover.

They been building for like 4 years. That offense is hella scary with speed everywhere and their defense has always been top notch. They actually might make the leap this year. I can see the Raiders regressing this year. Texan floundering. Titans might break out. AFC East gutting raped by the Patriots. The North being dominated the by "The Most Dominate Offense on Paper, But never show in the Playoffs".

Legit might be the Chiefs year... All they got to do is beat down the Raiders and beat the Patriots again in the playoff.

They had a contender the last two years. The problem was always Alex Smith handcuffing the offense by not taking chances down the field. The throws he was making last night was throws he was refusing to make the past few years where a guy would be open downfield but Smith wasn't even looking that way.

my man at work, hates alex. he's a 49ers fan and dont have nothing better to do. he just stopped responding last night, walked in today and said "ill be back next week." i can respect that.
funny thing is, i dont think he's some great qb, i just think he gets a bad rep for someone who just wins games. fantasy be havin nikkas lookin at dudes salty because they got burned. i dont care about that shyt, so winning is most important to me. same w/ andy dalton. and vince young before that.

w/ me tho i think alot of the getback is because i took the same stance a year before rodgers became superhuman, then i ran with it and the retribution aint stop yet.
