New orleans doesn't have the defense to beat the pats. You really do need a solid defense to beat the pats more than you need a high octane offense.
I think they'll field a competent unit this year, and with the way NE's defense got sliced through by Alex Smith of all people Brees at home gonna get 40

as soon as brady couldn't check down to little white receivers the offense died and he started getting sacked left and right :mjlol:

Somehow I got Aaron Rodgers in my work fantasy league and right out the gate I need him to play one of the best games of his life to keep up with ALEX fukkING SMITH :dahellwhat::yeahok:

Does anyone think that Andy Reid actually built himself a legit Championship team?

They been building for like 4 years. That offense is hella scary with speed everywhere and their defense has always been top notch. They actually might make the leap this year. I can see the Raiders regressing this year. Texan floundering. Titans might break out. AFC East gutting raped by the Patriots. The North being dominated the by "The Most Dominate Offense on Paper, But never show in the Playoffs".

Legit might be the Chiefs year... All they got to do is beat down the Raiders and beat the Patriots again in the playoff.

It was week one, so I'm not worried, but that was definitely a terrible defensive performance.

No doubt the offense gets it together quickly though. A lot of new parts on that offense that need to gel a little. I think the defense definitely get it together as well, but it may take just a little longer than the offense.

Props to the Chiefs for taking those hits at the beginning of the game and fighting through it. That second possession for the Patriots after the turnover was a big turning point. If they went up 14 points there then we're probably looking at a completely different game.

I don't know... I think all that front 7 talent walking finally caught up to ya'll. Trading that first pick for a WR was a terrible idea even with Elderman going down.

They traded for Cooks back in March, and it was a late first. Dorsett was the WR they traded Brissett for last week. I am 100% happy with them trading for Cooks. You don't get talent like that with a late first round pick, and he was getting some separation tonight. It will take time to get on the same page though.

So, you trying to steal my team's plan with outscoring your defense's dead weight. It didn't work for us for the last 3 years with Brees. Reuben Foster would of been a great pick for ya'll ,but that is in hindsight with SF trading up to get him because someone leaked our draft pick before hand.

I seen Cooks for a long time... We pump out good receiver like no tomorrow. He isn't worth an elite LBer that never should of walked or draftee. But that is the thing with NFL's bullshyt low salary cap. You gonna have to let talent go and reload in the draft. Letting Chad Jones, Hightower, and etc go was gonna catch up sooner than later. Ya'll don't got elite LBers to pick up your D-Line's slack, anymore. Worst of it, Ya'll getting eat up by speed now. That's not a good mismatch. That'll resort to making soft zone cushions and teams eating you up underneath or simply getting outrun by to the goal line with a double move and a safety trailing. I seen that shyt for probably 10 years now.
