There is no logical reason anybody should be opposed to mandatory paternity tests or at least make it mandatory to offer testing before a man has to sign anything relating to ownership of the child. Even without the consent of the mother.
If you are worried about stress killing the mother than make it so it is possible to ask the doctor in private for testing without maternal consent.

DNA tests, prenups etc are just insurance like anything else. If the woman isn't foul then she has nothing to worry about.

They see children as leverage to get what THEY want. Not for the child's well being. Not the husband. Only for them. They see children as free money by the government, farce statements like "I'm a single mother" while having a HUSBAND at home, see them as bragging rights for attention.
I understand why women are upset at their s/o having kids outside of the relationship, but we should shut up while they cheat on their man and have kids that are deprived from the attention from the biological father.
