It was barely okay. The CGI is bad. Denzel was just being Denzel for the most part, except for him hamming it up sometimes. I suppose it's a prodigal son returns type story, but it just wasn't all the way there. then they tried to follow too many beats of the first one. There are no real villains...no real/single antagonist...none really for Lucius at all. I feel like there were just too many individualized plotlines, which is fine if woven together. They weren't
I’m still 1st day 4K blu steelbook purchase. I need to hear those battles in Dolby Atmos in my home theater from the comfort of my movie theater seats.

good movie overall i guess, but, and i know i'm gonna get shyt for this, i thought Denzel was bad. almost comically so.
also, every fukkin movie feels like it's a day and a half long these days. there was something really weird about this entire movie, and i don't know what it was, and i can't put my finger on it.

It was a worthy sequel. Idk who in here just undersold Denzels role. I was expecting him to deliver the standard uplifting introspective speeches but I did not expect it to turn out the way it did in the end
