Sadly alot of Jamaicans have adopted this notion that light is right, so many of them purposely date outside there race or breed with only light skinned people. If I had a dollar for every jamaican gf I had whose mother wanted her to date a white or lighstkinned man I wouldnt need a job.
Some are light due to the histories of slavery, and them having cac slave masters in there family tree. Then alot of them are light because they breed with other races. Out of all the black girls I know personally, its 90% Jamaicans that I know who have have dated chinese men, white men, indian men etc.
So I think its a mixture of all these things.
My current GF is Jamaican and her mother also wanted her to do date white
Then told her if me and her had kids our kids would be too dark
I hate c00ns with a passion, so to have a potential c00n mother in law is crazy!

You mention Black Americans in your post. Meaning you're the insecure person. Anytime someone talk down about Jamaicans on this forum. You always come running to combat It with talking down on Black Americans. Even when it's a non-Black American who made the post.
