Whites and Chinese make up less than 10% of Jamaica's population.
I went to Carnival in Trinidad this year and there were so many white tourists from Europe, literally thousands of them. Not saying they shouldn't be welcome but it was a bit of a shock, I expect them to go to Brazil in droves for Carnival but not to Trinidad.
