Just started at season one and imma binge this.

Caught a few episodes when my wife watched and I'm really interested brehs :lupe:

Is this like the white insecure for 20 somethings?

Has Hannah fukked anybody else lately aside from the dude in the premiere? I know she is sure he's the father but I'm trying to figure out if he's a possible red herring. But I can't remember if she fukked anybody in season 5.

I don't know man, the show dynamic is real different. Insecure is people just trying to make it in life by fighting to do the right thing. These people aren't likable like that.

I don't hate everyone yet on Insecure. You will hate everyone on this show by this season. You watch for the losses, not their wins type of hate.

no, insecure is FAR better than this shyt and actually funny. pretty much EVERY character on girls is an a$$hole and you won't like any of them.

Girls is better written at this point, but it's really not a fair comparison since Girls has had 50+ episodes and Insecure has only had 8. I'd also say Girls has had better acting to date, but again same unfair comparison. Insecure is still finding it's footing and I can see it getting better and better as it expands and grows. I do agree that the characters on Insecure are more likable and in general it's easier to get into that show because there are no jarringly annoying characters.

I have no problem with the writing in "insecure". maybe I find it more relatable personally.
