Red States like Texas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Alabama have academic problem. These states have the lowest education levels in the country and these states have the lowest education funding. Most of these states are majority white. These white states have a anti academic problem.

yeah it is actually my theory, i think anti academic attitudes is the fundamental problem, i think that leads to poverty and less job opportunities and crime, i dont think its the other way around, i dont believe poverty, joblessness and crime lead to anti academic attitudes
the states you mentioned do have academic problems hence those are some of the poorest states in the nation, hence i think it adds to my theory
like i mentioned in one of the threads you cannot transfer wealth to an uneducated population so IMO there is nothing anybody can do about places like chicago until you deal with the culture and that is why i said the main thing that should be on the black agenda is making sure every black person graduates from high school and has a bank account, i actually believe that will alleviate crime and poverty in and of itself
