It’s standard issue Philly i would say. Not nice but not the trenches trenches. When I was a kid I lived maybe a 5 min drive (West Oak Lane) from there. My grandma still lives there and I mean typically if you ain’t in the mix you can move around.

But it’s also pockets of bullshyt the closer you get to north Philly
