I manage men. Probably 90% and this type of confirmation isn't terribly common but it happens more times that I care for it to happen.

Literally just fired a guy yesterday because he called a female coworker a bytch and tried to get in her space similar to what this guy was doing. Luckily there were people there to step in before it got there. Funny enough she was attempting to be kind to him but he decided to take his frustration out on her.

I've also had it happen to me a few times but I have learned how to handle it better. Never anything that scary.

Ya'll are going to be upset by this but it is so incredible easy to trigger certain men. Like literally I've had guys quit and rage out about being told to be on time.

A lot of time is comes down to lack of success and sexism. Happy successful men don't do this. It's always the guys who most people would considered losers.

Combine the unhappy male with a woman (who he believes he should be able to control or who he doesn't want to have authority over him) and this happens. These type of guys only do this to women by the way. They NEVER do this to other men.

Best way to handle these type of males is to keep in face confirmations short and sweet and refer them to another male or at a minimum someone who they can speak to them via email, text, phone call etc.

Even it they try to argue, remove yourself from the conversation especially when you notice them getting angry. Will walking away and ending the conversation make them upset? Of course, but it gives you the chance to end the conversation before it gets out of control or before your safety is in danger.

NEVER get into a shouting match like this because their ego takes over and they go full stupid.

Honestly if it reached that point I probably would had pepper sprayed, stabbed him or ran. He could have killed her at any moment and no one could have stopped him.

Also many times other males won't step in especially if they are the same race or position so don't count on them. But I will say, generally, if you can put yourself between that man and a group of males, even if the males aren't actively doing anything, it will usually deter the aggressor.

I don't argue with men except when I am online. Lol

Stud probably said some out of pocket shyt first. I swear I haven’t met ONE stud/dyke who wasn’t a complete angry bytch. They’re literally a walking nightmare. :francis:
They literally have the worst characteristics of men. Plus they are aggressive 24/ 7. I’m thinking, damn, is this how you really see us? Braids and/or a fade, basketball shorts, glasses and plaid shirts, a bow tie, or tracksuits and beanies? The same 3 outfits :mjlol:

Is that really all there is to us?

I've only known about two studs that weren't absolute insufferable try hards and were actually pleasant to be around, and one is Chicago Gotti. :unimpressed:

That said, you can't get yourself riled up like that. Regardless of who swung first, he's behind the counter -- when he shouldn't be -- and is considerably larger and louder. He's eating that charge whenever that time comes/came and he looks absolutely out of control in comparison. Some random, confused bull dagger isn't worth the paper and court dates.

When you have to deal with people on a regular basis you start learning how completely unstable and childish they are. Gotta have crazy protocols.

Usually I'll bring a man with me to reprimand a man. He doesn't even have to do shyt or be willing to do shyt. Just standing there is enough but I keep a very small mace that has a high pressure spray on me at all times.

Honestly I have to agree to a point. I know some great studs who are super friendly however the majority are super angry.

To answer your question, yea that's how they see males...or at least the males who get "respect."

Also, if she would have walked away when the coworker stepped in between them and the other tried to pull her away, the dude probably would have back off.

It would have also given the chance for more people to step in between the 2. They were trying to help her. She needs better instincts but I also understand that she was probably scared.

Its hard to say what you will do in that situation especially if you have never been in it.

Honestly I would have done some training with her after the fact if she was allowed to keep her job. Pretty sure she was fired though.

I wish we had those HR trainings you see at some jobs. I know people hate it, but they are necessary.

I have a woman now who flirts with one guy in particular. Nothing inappropriate but it's still obvious. She's attractive and has a very nice shape. I want to tell her to stop because I know it gives other guys the impression that they can also be flirty with her but I don't know how to say it without it sounding a tad sexist so unfortunately I have to let it rock. Her male supervisor is the one who pointed it out to me so we keep them away from each other as much as possible.

Waiting for the sexual harassment complaint to come in any day now.

Most studs are fukking insufferable as hell, but even they not worth all this energy.

So sick of argue culture. Either fight or shut the fukk up and go about your business.

Miserable ass nikkas barking at each other for 5 minutes.

i have had a few times in my life where i wanted to just choke her out

but you dont do it. scream in her face, sure. but once you let hands loose, fukk that. im not sexist but the fact is that men are just built stronger than women. its not a fair fight.

ive gotten in a fight with an ex before. i didnt do anything to her. she didnt whoop my ass or anything, but i kinda just had to take it.

shes miserable now so it worked out :blessed:

i want us to be equals but the fact is that men punch harder. it is what it is i guess
