How much of that ‘Ghostface Killers’ album was new verses? Cause some of that sounded like “old GFK” and some sounded like the more deliberate delivery GFK from the past few years

nikkas must not WANT to pay for quality beats.
Which is crazy because you’d THINK access to at least decent producers would be easier in 2023. Hell Ghost is on TOUR with RZA and can’t get 3-4 beats from him? That must be what happens when you constantly trash a man and say he’s washed up and the next group album should have Pharrell and Kanye beats. Neither Pharrell or Kanye are beating down the door to work on a Ghost solo album but if he hadn’t been coming out the mouth sideways i’m sure RZA would have fukked with him.
Hell he can’t get some production off of Mathematics? Scram Jones? Statik Selectah? Black Milk is on Mass Appeal i’m sure they could work something out.
Good thing is both Ghost and Remy was spittin on the song so he’s still got it, song just needed wayyyyyyy better production

But there's a million good producers putting in work who aren't gonna charge major fees....guys like Camoflage Monk or Conducta Williams would be a nice fit.
He could work with legends like Madlib or Alchemist....someone mentioned Knxwledge which I think is a dope fit. Muggs....Nottz....Roc Marci....hit up Salaami Remi, his EP with Black Thought was fire. Hit up them Backwoodz Studioz producers.
In many ways the whole Roc Marci/Griselda/Backwoodz movement comes from Ghost (and DOOM) so Ghost should be thriving right now but his taste fell off. I don't even think it's a budget issues. There's beats on Youtube and Soundcloud that are of a higher quality than this.
