Gamersyde 4K 60 FPS review



I should've taken Friday off...

I watched the Youtube version of this review on my OLED and it looks fantastic in 4K. I only have a base PS4 and am skipping the PS4 Pro because the PS5 is so close, so I was going to hold off on this until PS5 arrives but I'm too interested in the game so I'll cop it now. I'll then play it again on PS5 in 4K later this year

TLOU2 was supposed to be my last PS4 game until next gen

Gamespot gave this a 7 and the negatives on the review looked pretty silly.

"Cant cut down bamboo trees"
"Sometimes the camera gets stuck"
"The game has bad lipsyncing"

I don't feel like any of that is really all that bad. None of the negatives had anything to do with the gameplay or the story, which is the most important components IMO

- "cinematic" is an overused term in this industry, but there's no other way to put it...a lot of this game is cinematic as f*ck
- it's weak on stealth gameplay...but it's not meant to be a stealth game inherently imo
- the previews and teasers gave the impression that the battle mechanics were weak, when it's really not...once you spec up, things get really, really interesting
- learn.your.stances.

Everytime I copped a new game I always go hard difficulty first and it seems pretty easy for me thou.
